Responsibilities:

• User Research: Conduct user research and interviews to gather insights and define user needs for our medical software solutions.
• Design & Prototyping: Create and refine wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes to propose effective UI/UX strategies.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Designers, Engineers, and PM, to ensure cohesive design aesthetics and functional execution.
• User Feedback: Iterate on design prototypes based on feedback from user testing and team reviews to enhance user experience.
• Prototyping: Design and iterate UI mockups and prototypes.
• Expertise: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.

Qualifications:

• Professional Experience: Minimum of 3 years in UX/UI design, or similar roles focused on user-centered design solutions.
• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or related field.
• Portfolio Requirement: Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in creating intuitive and impactful design solutions for both mobile and desktop.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma,
• Photoshop; knowledge of After Effects, Premiere, and Cinema4D is a plus.
• Industry Knowledge: Excellent grasp of web-based and mobile information architecture, usability principles, and design best practices.
• Soft Skills: Outstanding communication, presentation, and storytelling abilities; proven ability to work collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary team environment.
