Responsibilities:

End-to-End Product Ownership:

• Drive the entire product lifecycle, including market research, concept development, planning, execution, and go-to-market strategy.

Innovative Product Development:

• Lead 0-to-1 product initiatives, leveraging practical experience to design and launch groundbreaking solutions that redefine healthcare and AI software.
• Independently craft comprehensive Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) that articulate product specifications, technical requirements, and user workflows with precision.

Healthcare IT & AI Expertise:

• Apply deep knowledge of HIS, clinical medical software systems, or AI-driven applications to design and deliver solutions that address real-world challenges in healthcare environments.

Competitive Analysis & Tools:

• Leverage tools like Confluence and Jira to ensure seamless cross-functional collaboration, efficient project tracking, and documentation management.
• Conduct detailed competitive and market analyses to identify industry gaps, define differentiators, and guide product innovation.

Collaboration & Communications:

• Partner with engineering, design, and business teams to deliver exceptional user experiences and meet business objectives.
• Engage with stakeholders, including customers and internal teams, to gather, analyze, and prioritize requirements, ensuring products exceed user expectations and business goals.

Qualifications:

• 5–7 years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of delivering successful products in healthcare IT, clinical medical software, or AI-based solutions.
• Hands-on experience in 0-to-1 product development is essential.
• Strong proficiency in creating and managing detailed PRDs.
• Advanced knowledge of Confluence and Jira for project and workflow management.
• Expertise in Hospital Information Systems (HIS), clinical medical software, or AI-based products, with an understanding of healthcare-specific challenges and regulations.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct competitive analysis, assess market opportunities, and develop data-driven product strategies.
• Exceptional leadership skills with a proven ability to influence and collaborate across diverse teams, from engineering to senior stakeholders.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and effectively to technical and non-technical audiences.
