Account Manager

AICS is a division of ASUS, with the mission to transform healthcare through AI & SaaS. Utilizing deep technologies in Natural Language Processing, Computer Vision, Machine Learning (ML), and Data Analytics, we build and deploy secured solutions that improve the quality of care, increase accessibility, and reduce costs. We’re seeking an Account Manager to join our team and contribute to product adoption and client success and growth.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in healthcare organizations to drive adoption of AICS Medical AI solutions.
  • Identify client needs and propose suitable AICS solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Work closely with the product and engineering teams to ensure client feedback is incorporated into product development and enhancements.
  • Provide clients with personalized support and training to maximize the use and benefits of AICS solutions.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of AICS solutions within client organizations, ensuring successful implementation and satisfaction.
  • Develop and execute account plans to achieve sales targets and expand market presence.
  • Collaborate with business development and marketing teams to identify new business opportunities and drive growth in the healthcare sector.

 

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in account management or sales, preferably in the healthcare or technology sectors.
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare industry and the challenges faced by medical organizations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and internal teams.
  • Ability to understand and explain complex technical concepts and solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel to client sites and industry events as required.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management or a similar role.
  • Experience working with healthcare AI solutions is highly desirable.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing high-profile accounts.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Fluent in English and additional language skills are a plus.
