Our Recruiting Process

Applicable for full-time employment and internship program.

1. Send your resume

Send in your application from our website or via the ASUS human resource site.

2. Applicant Review

AICS manager and HR conducts qualification check.

3. Online Tech Screen

A hiring manager will interview you online for your critical thinking skills, job description compatibility, professionalism, and mission mentality.

4. In-person Full Loop

Multiple AICS managers will meet with you in person to evaluate your culture fit and your technical skill sets comprehensively.

5. Final Decision

ASUS HR will contact you if you passed the interviews to follow up on the job offer and the hiring process.

There are no differences. You can send in your resume for an open position from either ASUS HR, the AICS website – Open Positions, or reach out to an AICS member to help refer you internally.

ASUS HR will contact qualified candidates to schedule an interview. If you have not received any contact from us after 2 weeks, this usually means that the position may not be suitable to you at the moment. Your resume will be archived in our talent system and we may reach out to you if we find your profile fitting for new positions that opens up in the future.

AICS is a global team and requires our talents to have good English communication skills in order to work with international clients and team-members. Please submit an English resume for your application. However, you may send in a Chinese resume as a supplement material if needed.
