Business Development Manager- Medical AI

AICS is a division of ASUS, with the mission to transform healthcare through AI & SaaS. Utilizing deep technologies in Natural Language Processing, Computer Vision, Machine Learning (ML), and Data Analytics, we build and deploy secured solutions that improve the quality of care, increase accessibility, and reduce costs.   

This hybrid role combines business development and account management responsibilities to drive growth, deepen client relationships, and ensure high-value delivery of AI solutions in the healthcare sector. The ideal candidate will identify new business opportunities, manage key accounts, and work cross-functionally to deliver tailored AI solutions to healthcare clients. 

Responsibilities
  • Develop and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders in healthcare organizations to identify new business opportunities and accelerate adoption of AICS Medical AI solutions. 
  • Manage the full account lifecycle: contracting, onboarding, upselling, renewals, and retention. 
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (product and engineering) to ensure solutions are aligned with client needs and industry developments. 
  • Develop and execute account plans to achieve performance targets and ensure client success. 
  • Establish and grow strategic partnerships (e.g., channel partners, system integrators) to scale sales and extend market reach. 

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in business development, account management, or sales, preferably in the healthcare or technology sectors. 
  • Solid understanding of the healthcare landscape, including clinical workflows, hospital procurement processes, and digital health trends. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and internal teams. 
  • Ability to articulate complex technical concepts and solutions to non-technical stakeholders. 
  • Strong problem-solving skills, proactive and self-driven mindset, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. 
  • Willingness to travel to client sites and industry events as required. 

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, engineering, or a related field. 
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, account management, or a similar role. 
  • Experience working with healthcare AI solutions is highly desirable. 
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing high-profile accounts. 
  • Strong organizational and communication skills and attention to detail. 
  • Fluent in English and additional language skills are a plus.
