Join our dynamic Intrapreneurship startup team as a Senior DevOps Engineer, where you will play a pivotal role in the ongoing development and operational practices of our medical solutions. In this critical role, you will implement and manage the robust deployment of our applications across various hospital settings, and spearhead the automation of telemetry, alerting, and deployment processes to ensure high availability, superior performance, and strict security.
Responsibilities:
- System Architecture & Deployment: Architect and deploy robust solutions tailored for both cloud and on-premise environments, ensuring meeting the requirements of medical solutions.
- Continuous Integration & Deployment (CI/CD): Develop and sustain CI/CD pipelines to automate testing and deployment processes, facilitating seamless and regular updates to our applications.
- Performance Management: Monitor and optimize system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions designed to enhance responsiveness and resource efficiency, in alignment with SLA requirements.
- Security & Compliance: Guarantee compliance with healthcare-related regulatory standards, including HIPAA and ISO compliances. Implement and oversee security protocols to safeguard data and operational integrity.
- Collaboration & Support: Foster a DevOps culture by collaborating with software development, testing, and partner teams. Provide expertise and training to enhance team skills and efficiency.
- Disaster Recovery & Backup: Formulate and update disaster recovery strategies, establish regular backup routines, and design failover mechanisms to maintain data integrity and availability.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in a DevOps role with proven expertise in both cloud and on-premise environments.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Technical Skills: Linux, Shell, Terraform, Kubernetes, Rancher, Azure Pipeline.
- Knowledge in Medical IT: Experience with healthcare applications and familiarity with regulatory standards like HIPAA or ISO 27001.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with a proactive approach to solving complex technical problems.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
