AICS is a newly-founded division in ASUS to focus on AI software development. Our product will be offered as a cloud Software-as-a-Service (SaaS). We are recruiting an experienced Engineer Director to lead our world-class cloud platform team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting top-notch cloud engineers and engineers managers as well as mentoring and developing their careers. You will also be heavily involved in production discussion with PM and BD to explore possible business models for our SaaS services. You will participate weekly cloud services SLA reviews and be held accountable for 3-9 service reliability and availability. You will promote AICS both internally and externally through invited speeches, blog posts, and press interviews.

Responsibilities:

• Sourcing and recruiting top-notch cloud engineers and managers
• Mentoring and coaching engineer managers
• Working effectively with PM to define product direction and roadmap
• Promoting AICS with external invited speeches and press interviews

Qualifications:

• BS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related majors
• 10+ years of experience in building production-level cloud services
• Successful records in recruiting and developing top-notch engineer teams
