At AICS, you will:

• Work with a world-class engineering and AI research team to build cutting-edge medical AI products.
• Drive product development for AI-powered solutions leveraging deep learning, LLMs, and other machine learning technologies.

Responsibilities:

• Lead product strategy, roadmap, and execution for AI-powered medical solutions.
• Define and refine product requirements, translating complex business needs into clear and actionable development plans.
• Work closely with AI researchers and software engineers to develop and refine AI-driven features.
• Define and analyze key metrics to measure product success, optimize performance, and drive business impact.
• Ensure all AI models and software products meet regulatory, information security, and privacy standards in healthcare.
• Engage with customers, clinicians, and stakeholders to understand their needs, drive adoption, and enhance product usability.
• Identify and evaluate new business opportunities leveraging existing AI technologies and near-term development capabilities.

Qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience as a product manager, with a strong track record in AI/ML-driven products.
• Deep understanding of machine learning technologies, including deep learning and LLMs, and how they apply to product development.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex AI research into user-friendly applications.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of leading in customer-facing scenarios and collaborating across multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong leadership, detail-oriented mindset, and ability to manage uncertainties in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering, computer science, biomedical informatics, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the healthcare industry, particularly in clinical workflows, medical informatics, or digital health solutions.
• Hands-on experience working with modern AI/ML infrastructure and deployment in real-world applications.
• Familiarity with medical regulations, compliance standards (e.g., HIPAA), and AI model validation in healthcare.
