Responsibilities:
Analyze and optimize MongoDB performance, identifying and resolving bottlenecks.
Implement best practices for indexing, query optimization, change stream and resource utilization.
Implement best practices for MongoDB cluster for horizontal scaling.
Monitor system performance and provide adjustments.
Investigate and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Collaborate with development teams to troubleshoot application-level performance problems.
Qualifications:
3 years of experience in MongoDB and performance optimization.
3 years of experience in Kubernetes, Node.js.
Familiar with Javascript/Typescript.
Good interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Azure, GCP and/or AWS.
Have built scalable distributed systems with a good understanding of microservice architecture.
Experience with monitoring/logging tools, such as Prometheus, Grafana, and/or Fluentd.
