As a Business Analyst (BA) for AI-powered cloud HIS (Hospital Information System), you work as the team’s focal contact point for customers and is responsible for obtaining an in-depth understanding of customers’ business requirements. BA provides healthcare domain know-how and insight to ensure the organization’s goals, client and market needs are met.
Responsibilities:
Work with customer’s key stakeholders to obtain an in-depth understanding of customers’ business requirements.
Analyze and translate customers’ business requirements into user stories.
Create product requirement documents. Work with Product Manager to create WBS and ensure all requirements are well implemented.
Create scenario test cases and define quality criteria. Work with SE to conduct system-wide testing and ensure quality meets customers’ expectations promptly.
Qualifications:
Minimum 3-year experience in medical industries.
In-depth understanding of business working flow of a hospital.
Experience in developing HIS.
Verbal and written communication skills, and teamwork skills.
Knowledge of healthcare, or an enthusiasm to learn.
