Responsibilities

• Responsible for the research and development of pipeline and algorithm for ads recommendation system in both e-commerce and news-media domain.
• Design, train, deploy and monitor models
• Think of creative ways to improve solutions that are already in place
• Come out new feature ideas and design real-time data pipelines to incorporate them into our models
  
  

Key Qualifications

• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Passion about technologies and solving challenging problems
• Very comfortable with Mathematics, Probability, Statistics
• Relevant industry experience in developing/training/deploying ML models is highly preferred.
• Industry experience in the field of data
• Solid hands-on experience with Pytorch/TensorFlow
  
  

Additional Requirements

• Experience in real-time model inference is a plus
• Excellent coding and code development ability, familiar with Linux, proficient in any language of python/golang//Javascript/C++
• Strong ability for learning new technologies related to Big Data Processing and Data Management.
• Experience with Spark and Kafka is a plus
• Experience in using open source frameworks to build applications is a plus
• Experience in using K8S to build applications is a plus
