Senior Marketing Specialist
Join our dynamic Intrapreneurship startup team as a Senior Marketing Specialist, where you will play a crucial role in propelling our medical solutions to the forefront of the healthcare technology industry. Responsibilities:
- Strategic Marketing Leadership: Develop and implement marketing strategies, including market analysis, positioning, and go-to-market initiatives for our medical solution products.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product development teams to align market needs with product design and development based on customer feedback.
- Messaging and Materials: Craft compelling marketing materials and messages tailored for diverse stakeholders such as healthcare providers, insurers, government entities, and end-users.
- Market Intelligence: Perform thorough competitive analyses to identify market trends, discern competitive advantages, and pinpoint potential threats.
- Event Management: Lead the organization and participation in product launches, trade shows, and other promotional events.
- Team Support and Training: Provide essential product knowledge and marketing support to the PM and BD teams, ensuring they are well-equipped to achieve business objectives.
- Regulatory and Market Expertise: Maintain an up-to-date understanding of industry regulations, current events, and competitive dynamics.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a UX designer, GUI designer, interaction designer, or similar role.
- Bachelor’s degree in design, human-computer interaction (HCI).
- A portfolio or samples of work demonstrating experience creating great user-centered design solutions.
- Experience designing and shipping products for mobile and desktop.
- Fluency in best practices for web-based and mobile information architecture and design, as well as strong knowledge of usability principles and techniques.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.
- Experience working in a collaborative multi-disciplinary team and working directly with developers for the implementation of designs.
- Experience with a variety of design and prototyping tools such as Figma, and Photoshop etc. Experience in After effects, Premiere, Cinema4D is a plus.
Requirements:
- Proven Marketing Expertise: Demonstrable success in technology and product marketing, with a strong ability to leverage B2B business across various sectors.
- Experience Requirements: At least 3+ years of relevant B2B marketing experience, preferably in the IT or software industry.
- Communication Proficiency: Exceptional communication skills for effective interactions with company staff, customers, and media.
- Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Independent thinker with robust problem-solving capabilities.
- Personality Traits: Confident, dynamic personality suited for a fast-paced, multifaceted environment.
- Educational Background: Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related marketing discipline.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English is essential.
