Responsibilities:
Assist product managers in communicating with medical teams, introducing the features and value of smart healthcare information products to doctors and nurses.
Participate in medical consultation processes, observing and collecting feedback from medical teams on product usage.
Organize data and suggestions gathered from on-site observations and accurately report them to the product manager to support product optimization and improvement.
Support product-related training activities and address basic user inquiries.
Qualifications:
This position will be based in Taipei.
With flexible scheduling and a minimum commitment of three days per week.
University student, preferably majoring in medicine, information technology, or management-related fields.
Strong communication skills and the ability to interact efficiently with medical professionals.
Proactive learner with a strong sense of responsibility, capable of adapting to rapidly changing work requirements.
