ASUS today announced that its smart healthcare platform has regained ISO 27001 certification for information-security management. In addition, for the first time, the company received ISO 27701, ISO 27017 and ISO 27018 certifications for Privacy Information Management, Information Security Control for Cloud Services and Personally Identifiable Information (PII) Protection in Public Clouds, respectively, from SGS, a leading global inspection, verification and certification firm. Ahead of all other smart healthcare information platform providers in Taiwan, ASUS is the first to receive the four certifications from SGS — setting a new milestone on the company’s smart-healthcare development journey.
ASUS Intelligent Cloud Services leading the way in smart healthcare
In line with Taiwan’s updated information-security policy, ASUS has obtained four ISO certificates in one go, taking the lead in meeting all the requirements of the Ministry of Health and Welfare (MoHW) at this stage, and setting a new standard for medical information security in the industry.
